About Us

Splash Funwear was founded in May 2006 by TLB Designs, Inc! My name is Tracy Bullock and I live in Centennial, Colorado. I have always been very inspired by the fashion industry and viewed this venture as an opportunity to take a very basic but very practical idea and add a little flare & style to it! What has transpired is a line of very unique, fun and stylish towel cover ups that are not only great for the pool but anywhere!! The response has been tremendous and I am so excited to be able to provide a product which mom's and kids both love!!

Cerebral Palsy of Colorado Press Release(March 22, 2007):
Centennial, Colorado is home of Splash Funwear, a line of fun, bright and absorbent terry cloth swimsuit cover-ups designed by owner, Tracy Bullock, mother of four children, ages 13, 11, 8 and 6. The fashions were inspired by the old-fashioned towel cover-ups many a grandma made to keep kids warm after swimming. However, there is nothing old fashioned about these shorts, pants, capris, skirts and jackets. Bullock states, "I started this business in May 2006. Being a mom of kids on swim team, I realized that this was a product that was not only stylish but also very practical. The comment I hear most from mom's that have purchased my product is 'my daughter wears it everyday and I can't get her to take it off so I can wash it!' " These clothes are so comfortable for the kids they can wear them anytime not just at the pool! Bright colors and cool patterns make these clothes fly off the racks at local swim shops. Splash Funwear also provides special orders for local swim teams and other large groups at a discounted rate. Bullock even designs her own fabrics for clothes and offers some with matching towels.

Splash Funwear is donating 10% of proceeds from sales at the Cerebral Palsy 6th Annual Mother's Tea to help those with disabilities (models from the Fashion Show are shown above)!!
